Here Is What Looks Like Another Pre-Approved Bidders Scam!

This Site Is Still Infested With Them 2 Years Later!! I Have Not Been Updating The Site Much Because Of Work And Other Things In My Life, But eBay Motors Is Still Infested With Scams! eBay Don't Care If People Get Screwed On Their Site! All They Care About Is Collecting FEES!!!!!

A Seller wants me to pay for a car thru "Ebay Safeguard Team" not Paypal?

that's a new one on me anyway. wait for some of the car experts, but that one sounds like a scam to me, but i sell parts not cars, so wait for some of the car dealers. they will be here later tonight and they will know more than i. stall the seller for a while if you can. too many scammers out there.

wrench: Respond to him, tell him you've never heard of that method of payment, and ask him to send you more information about it, and a web link. He'll probably send you some BOGUS "phishing" link. In that case -- you can send the entire letter, link, and VERY IMPORTANT -- include the HEADERS!! -- and FORWARD it to "[email protected]." Please get back to us about his response -- so we can add it to our "list of scams!"

Looks like a Scam to me!! I don't see you winning it, or on the approved bidders list.. You can bet it is a hijacked acct!

I went into help and reported it as a fraudulant listing because I never bid on it I talked with seller thru ebay email and seller asked me to click on something called Ebay SafeGuard and that it would redirect me to where I could buy the car. I never did because I thougt it was fishy. After posting on here and getting feedback from everyone I did go in and report it as thinking it is fake listing. Wrench
