 Payment Information:
Bidder must be able to pay cash, certified funds or have all loans PRE-APPROVED before bidding on this vehicle! A deposit of $300 must be sent within 24 hours from close of auction -- cashiers checks, money orders, wire transfers, cash, major credit cards or PAYPAL  No Personal Checks! Final payment must be made within 7 days from close of auction. Buyer pays all shipping costs

You are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase this vehicle described above. If you do not intend to purchase this item, do not bid! Deadbeat bidders will be subject to a $300.00 penalty fee if ownership is not established after auction has ended. Because we sell our cars at wholesale prices and we do not charge a dealer service fee, all sales will be charged $55.00  for titling, courier and other expenses incurred to complete the sale. This fee is necessary so that we can continue to sell wholesale to you.
 

Titles:

 While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. We guarantee clean titles on all our vehicles, and are a licensed and bonded dealer in the State of Oklahoma. Titles will be sent via Certified mail for proper tracking. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Inspections:

We welcome and STRONGLY encourage pre-buyer inspections by competent inspection services or organizations. All vehicles are available to be driven and inspected by appointment only. Buyer agrees to pay for all inspection fees and charges that apply. If you choose to have the vehicle shipped without an inspection we will not be responsible for any mechanical related failures or any cost of repairs if any unless other wise stated in our description. Additionally, if buyer accepts delivery of the vehicle at our location or theirs without an inspection or a test drive you are in fact accepting the vehicle "AS IS" and we will not be responsible for any mechanical failures or cost of repairs if any apply.

We are wholesalers not retailers, this is why our vehicles are priced well below what you would pay through
a retail establishment. We price our vehicles from a wholesale perspective. We are not in the business of reconditioning cars. If we are aware of any problems we will repair it or disclose it in our description. Please, keep in mind we have no way of knowing the entire mechanical history on each vehicle we sell.
 
Please note: All vehicles are sold as-is, with no warranty, expressed or implied, from the seller; however, there may be a manufacturers factory warranty remaining be provided only through this auction for this vehicle (please see Ebay information above). Almost at the end of every auction, I hear from someone that they have been outbid, or their something went wrong with there computer, or that they just couldn't get back to there computer in time and they were outbid in the last couple of seconds. I really do sympathize, but you have if you use the proxy bidding feature this probably won't happen. I honestly can't stress this enough. If you for some reason do not feel comfortable using the proxy bid feature, than there is a definite chance that you may miss out on the car of your dreams in the last 30 seconds.
