Apparently Scott Evans Dodge's eBay Acct Was Hijacked! Or Did The Internet Manager Get Shafted By The Dealership & Get Revenge? Guess We Will Never Know!

But There Is One Thing We Do Know For Sure, Those 200 Beemer Sellers Are Out There Listing And Any Featured Fees!

But The eBay Stock Keeps Going & Going & Going...

Yea, 200 BIN Beemers to be exact!

He has given positive feedback to just about all of them. So one of two things have happened here.

Either the acct is hijacked, or the internet manager got shafted by the dealership somehow & got his revenge!

Hello Speirss,

Just spoke to Josh Cherman of Scott Evans Dodge. He informed me that someone hijacked his account and bid on over 200 vehicles as high bidder!!! What a shame! Hope eBay credits all the listing fees, but I doubt it.

A new client of mine listed 7 motorcycles for the first time through my company, and 4 of them had the same high bidder - a rogue - from Europe. Soon after the auction, the bidder was listed as "Not a Registered User"!

My client lost the following amount because of this incident:

Listing Fee: $30
Reserve Price Fee: $2
Featured Item Fee: $19.95
Auction123.com Listing Fee: $49.95
Sub-total: $101.90
Number of Listings: 4
TOTAL LOSS: $407.60

He is so pi**ed off that he won't spend a penny on eBay again! I'm sure he has told about his negative experience with eBay to several other dealers in town. Which, in essence, makes my life difficult.
