I started a thread on the EBMDG titled Arbitration Panel For Vehicle Sale Complaints that drew quite a bit of interest. eBay Motors is not a Newspaper or Autotrader.com!! Deals Are Closed using this method and are a Binding Contract! Better vehicle listing component disclosure selection is needed to provide more detailed "equipment condition" when a vehicle is listed, It is just too generic as it is now! But we all know eBay is not interested in making this a more secure trading venue!
