The Greatest Majority Of These Scammers Are Operating Out Of Romania! If eBay Just Blocked Romania From Accessing The Site ("Just From Signing In" To Any US Account FROM Any FOREIGN ISP) That Would Stop The Greatest Amount Of These Hijacked Accounts!
Think About This A Minute.. Why Would Any US Seller Be Signing Into His/Her Account From Romania, Greece, Or Any Other Hacker/Scammer Harboring Country?? Don't Make Any Sense Does It?? And YES eBay COULD DO THIS Very Easily Within There Network! But They Could Care Less Who Gets Scammed On Their Site! "We Are Only A Venue"
