How do you know if this is a scam???
What do you do to protect yourself, and still be able to get a deal.

| We asked questions
about a 4 wheeler, and got offered a deal to take it now with everything
included in one price so the person could get their business rolling. They
have about 5 4 wheelers for sale on ebay right now. Our red flags were
raised at the 0 feedback and not a registered user. They said they have to
sell to someone in the US and have them leave positive feedback for the not
a registered user to go away, but that they are a registered user. Item is
in France, and they will ship Fed Ex. They said 3-4 days to receive
item...is that possible to go from France to TX that fast? Other scary part
is the instant messaged us after we sent them ASQ. They want money sent to
western union bank made out to us, then after we receive it, change it to
their name since we asked for cod or something else to guarantee us. What
are your opinions? My DH thinks it is a real good deal, but is scared. In
other words we could get it from France and with shipping and taxes it is
cheaper then we could find in US. How do you know if this is a scam??? What do you do to protect yourself, and still be able to get a deal. Thank You for any help you can give us. |
